Over my career as a Professional Entertainer, I have had to be the salesperson, customer service person the manager and every other job in between (as most self-employed people do).
Over the years of running my own business, I have paid particularly close attention to all of the suppliers and service providers I use and how they look after me and my friends & family as customers. Some have been amazing and I have let them know in either email or in person or through their management structure as I believe it’s just as important to tell businesses when they are getting it right as opposed to the negatives most of the time.
